Scientists find that different breeds of dogs have different intellectual abilities. The standard of intellectual classification in the commonly used dogs is the book “The dog’s intelligence” by Dr. Stanley Coren. Those sub-standards include: instinct, intelligence, adaptive intelligence and the ability to intelligently obey.
1. Border Collie, the smartest dog in the world
Border Collie is a hunting dog-dog breed originating from England. It has the name Border because this breed originated from the border between England and Scotland.
